Nguyen Quang Thieu

Nguyen Quang Thieu is a lecturer at the Department of Animal Nutrition, Faculty of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine, Nong Lam University, Hochiminh City, Vietnam. At the Department of Animal Nutrition, he is responsible for giving lectures on animal nutrition and toxicology in feed. His research focuses on animal nutrition and mycotoxins in feed, and he has long cooperated with feed mills and farms in Vietnam as a consultant.

In 1992, after receiving a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Nong Lam University – Hochiminh City, he was appointed as a researcher and lecturer at the Department of Animal Nutrition at this university. In 2008, he received a PhD degree with a research focus on mycotoxins in Vietnamese pig feeds from the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, Sweden.
