He received a BS in Agriculture from University of the Philippines at Los Baños and a PhD in Swine Nutrition from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Upon completion of his PhD, he joined Indiana-based United Animal Health as a research scientist to develop and support microbial and novel product solutions for pigs and poultry. In April 2020, he joined Hamlet Protein as a swine nutritionist for North and Central America and is based out of Indianapolis, USA. His main areas of interest include fiber utilization, probiotics, and gut health. He is also currently pursuing an MBA at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
